Consultancy, Training & Speaking

I work with organisations, teams, researchers, clinical teams, therapists and coaches who want to rethink how they support late-diagnosed autistic adults — moving beyond trait management toward identity, belonging, and authentic self-understanding.

I offer bespoke consultancy, training, and public speaking, and have presented at the British Psychological Society's Division of Coaching Psychology conference and delivered a workshop showing clinicians how collaborating with coaching practitioners can improve post-diagnostic support for late-diagnosed autistic adults.

Topics I speak on include:

  • The impact of a later-in-life autism diagnosis

  • Post-diagnostic support and the concept of "grelief" — my own research into the grief and relief that follow diagnosis

  • Post-diagnostic becoming: identity reconstruction and authentic self-understanding

  • Making meaning, not managing traits — a paradigm shift for neurodiversity coaching

  • Existential coaching as a framework for neurodivergent clients

  • How to work with neurodivergent coachees as a neurodivergent coach

  • Workplace neurodiversity inclusion

  • Conducting inclusive and ethical research with the autistic community.

I have worked with:

NHS South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, GitLab, Brighton & Sussex Medical School, King's College London, University College London, and True North Psychology.
